Return Policy

1. Customized Products

All items in your order are made-to-order with your unique artwork, names, numbers, colors, or logos. For that reason they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the goods arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error caused by us.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Materially different from the approved design proof.
  • Visibly defective in workmanship or print
  • Damaged in transit.

Please email us at sales@effectivesportswear.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Be sure to Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the defect/damage.
  • A brief description of the problem.

We will review the claim within 2 business days and, if the fault is ours, offer free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. And there is No need to return the faulty garments.

2. Sizing & Color Disclaimers

Because each garment is cut and sewn individually, a tolerance of ±1 inch (±2.5 cm) in measurements and slight color variations from screen proofs are considered acceptable and do not qualify for return or refund. We provide a detailed size chart—please check it carefully before ordering.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of payment confirmation. After that, production has usually started and changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Non-Custom Items

For any non-customized accessories or samples, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we confirm the issue.
